Warehouse Layout CAD Drawing + 3D Render — Packaging & Dispatch Area

*Overview* We are a medical consumables distribution company based in New Zealand. We are redesigning the packaging and dispatch area of our warehouse and need a professional 2D CAD floor plan and 3D rendered visuals produced from our existing floor plan and photos. This is for internal planning and supplier/contractor quoting purposes, so accuracy to dimensions is essential. We need something we can take to equipment suppliers and fit-out contractors to get like-for-like quotes. *What We Have* Warehouse floor plan with dimensions (we will supply as PDF/image) Photos of the current space A rough sketch/description of the proposed equipment layout A list of equipment types to be included (see below) *Equipment to Show in the Layout* The design needs to incorporate the following equipment (approximate footprints to be confirmed — supplier spec sheets can be provided where available): - Carton erection machine(s) - Conveyor system (inbound and outbound runs, including any inclines/declines) - Packing/sealing stations (workbenches with operators) - Void fill / dunnage station - Print and apply labelling station(s) - Outfeed conveyor to dispatch staging area - Dispatch staging lanes / pallet accumulation area - Relevant structural elements: columns, roller doors, walls, existing racking if retained
