Washington State Shoreline Native Vegetation Plan – Seattle Permit Support

Seeking a Washington State-credentialed landscape professional to assist with adding native vegetation to selected areas along commercial shoreline property. The property is currently in the City of Seattle Shoreline Exemption review process, and we would like to add this landscaping work to the existing permit submittal already under review. The scope includes reviewing our proposed native plant plan, recommending appropriate plant species based on site conditions and shoreline requirements, and preparing the necessary site plan, landscape sheets, and maintenance plan consistent with SMC 23.60A.190/158. Plans must identify proposed plant locations, plant sizes, and species. Because an existing plan set is already under City review, coordination will be needed so the landscaping information can be incorporated into the collective submittal package.
