Web Agency Project Manager

# Agency Project Manager & Client Success Manager **Compensation** * Part-Time: $800/month * Full-Time: $1,600/month ## About the Role We are looking for a highly organized Agency Project Manager & Client Success Manager to help oversee our growing digital marketing agency and online community. This role is perfect for someone with agency experience who understands web design, SEO, digital marketing, client communication, and project management. You'll act as the bridge between our team, clients, and internal operations to ensure projects are delivered on time and clients remain happy. ## Responsibilities ### Agency Operations * Manage project timelines and deadlines across all departments * Oversee our SEO specialist, web developer, and social media team * Ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard * Keep project management systems updated and organized * Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve problems * Provide daily updates and communicate directly with the founder ### Client Success * Communicate with clients and ensure a world-class experience * Handle follow-ups, updates, and general client communication * Keep clients informed on project progress * Help maintain strong client relationships and retention ### Community & Course Support * Assist inside our online course and community * Answer basic student questions related to agency growth, websites, SEO, and digital marketing * Engage with members daily (approximately 30 minutes per day) * Help create a positive and active community environment ## Requirements * Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) * Previous experience working in a digital marketing, SEO, or web design agency * Strong project management and organizational skills * Experience with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Trello, or similar * Basic understanding of SEO, web design, lead generation, and digital marketing * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Proactive problem-solver who can work independently ## Ideal Candidate * Has agency experience * Loves organization and systems * Great with people and communication * Takes ownership and gets things done without being micromanaged * Wants to grow with a fast-scaling agency and online education business This role is a combination of **Project Manager, Operations Coordinator, and Client Success Manager**, making it one of the most important positions in our company.
