QA a Web Application - technical, user experience

I need a QA expert to fully test a complex web application. The application has 30+ mini-apps and each application needs to be tested. Additionally the overall framework of the app needs to be tested, such as login, credentials, etc. The person who does needs to act like a real user of the site - they will need to buy a domain name (which we'll pay for), setup various DNS entries, where appropriate, register for Google login, Microsoft Login and use those systems to authenticate. If something unexpected happens, we need to see console logs from developer tools, and screenshots or videos of the problem. Also, commentary on what is confusing in the app, what works well, etc. is also useful. All bugs and issues will be logged in an Issue Tracker.
