3D Web Configurator for Watch Product (Three.js / React Three Fiber) - Urgent

We have a 3D model of a smartwatch and need an interactive web-based 3D configurator for our website. Requirements: Display a 3D watch model that users can rotate, zoom, and inspect from any angle. Support 16 color variants selectable via color swatches/buttons. Color changes should update instantly without resetting the current camera/view position. Ability to open and close the watch strap via animation or model states. Ability to attach/remove a magnetic power bank accessory from the watch. Smooth, mobile-friendly performance. Optimized GLB/GLTF assets and clean, maintainable code.
