Summary

Program A Questionaire for Craft CMS website - needs editing, The questionnaire is a screening tool that produces a total point score based on the responses that are input by visitors to the website. There are 25 to 30 questions that are asked. There are a number of possible answers for each question for the person to select that will be on pull down menus. There has been a change in the calculation recently and we need an amendment made. Points are assigned based on the answers indicated and the program must provide the total points scored upon completion of the test.
