Web Designer & Developer (AI-Assisted) — Remote, Full-Time

Anywhere — Remote | $600/month starting We're a small web design agency building websites for real businesses, and we need someone who can own the production side from design to deployment. You'll work closely with the founder to take client briefs and turn them into polished, professional websites — fast. What You'll Actually Be Doing Designing and building websites for small business clients (lawn care, fitness, construction, local services, etc.) Using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Framer, Webflow — whatever gets the job done right) to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Handling updates, revisions, and client iterations Staying in communication and being available across the week — this is not a 9-to-5 role Who We're Looking For You've built real websites that real people use. You have a strong, natural eye for design — you cringe at generic templates and clip-art aesthetics. You know the difference between something that looks good and something that converts. You're a generalist who's comfortable doing whatever the project needs: design, copy, dev, optimization. You don't get stuck saying "that's not my role." You're comfortable with AI tools and know how to use them to speed up your workflow — not as a crutch, but as an advantage. You care about quality and take pride in delivering work that impresses clients. You're looking for a long-term position where you can grow, not a short gig. You want flexibility, but you're also genuinely committed — available for calls and communication seven days a week and responsive when it matters. What You Won't Deal With Here No micromanagement.
