Web Designer to Elevate an Agency Website (ASAP)
Worldwide
We are a software development agency. We build SaaS platforms, AI-powered products, and business systems for founders and enterprises. Our current site (hexarylabs.com) was built in-house by our developer. It's functionally solid, with real case studies and a clear structure, but it was designed by an engineer, not a designer, and it shows. We're a software company selling premium engineering work, and our website needs to look like it. 1. What we need We're looking for a designer to partner directly with our in-house developer to redesign and elevate our existing website. This isn't a from-scratch build. The content, structure, and case studies are largely in place. We need someone who can bring: - A stronger, more sophisticated visual identity (typography, color, spacing, layout rhythm) - Improved UI polish across existing sections (hero, services, case studies, process, contact) - Better visual hierarchy and use of whitespace - Refined micro-interactions/animations where they add value, not decoration for its own sake The goal is a site that feels premium, credible, and confident, the kind of site that makes a founder or enterprise buyer trust us with a serious engineering engagement. 2. How we'll work together You'll collaborate directly with our developer, who owns the codebase and will handle implementation. You don't need to write code, but you should be comfortable designing within a real component-based system and communicating specs clearly (spacing, states, breakpoints, etc.). 3. What we're looking for in you - A strong portfolio of B2B/SaaS/agency website design, ideally sites that feel premium or editorial rather than templated - Good taste in typography and layout. This project lives or dies on visual judgment - Clear communicator, comfortable working with a small team 4. Budget $150(fixed) or hourly If this goes well, there's strong potential for an ongoing, long-term design role on our team, including future client projects and product design work. Please apply only if you can independently collaborate closely with our team. Thanks
