shadcncraft.com is hiring a Figma product designer shadcncraft is a commercial Figma and React UI kit built on shadcn/ui. We are looking for a designer to build a run of new blocks at an extremely high standard. Immediate start. This is craft-led work. You will design production-grade page sections and blocks in Figma, built with proper variables and theming, that map cleanly to code. Marketing, application, and dashboard blocks across our archetypes. What you'll do - Design new blocks and page sections to a very high finish, ready for handoff. - Build everything with variables. Color, spacing, radius, and theme modes done properly. - Keep 1:1 parity in mind so designs translate directly to shadcn/ui components. - Own quality end to end. Attention to detail is the job, not a bonus. Must have - Absolute Figma mastery. This is non-negotiable. - Extensive variables experience. You structure files with variable modes as second nature. - Proven experience managing design systems. - Serious product design craft. Your work should stand on its own. - Very fast and very good. We need volume without a drop in quality. - Extremely strong attention to detail. - Strong written communication. - Able to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously with little oversight. - A portfolio. Applications without one will not be reviewed. Highly preferred - shadcn/ui experience. Close to mandatory. If you have shipped with it, say so up front.
