UX / Web Designer Needed for Ongoing Agency Work ( must be Canada or USA based)

looking for an experienced UX and web designer to support ongoing client website projects. YOU MUST BE PHYSICALLY BASED IN CANADA OR USA This is a design role, not a development role. We need someone who can take client requirements and content and turn them into clear, modern, conversion-focused website designs in Figma. Responsibilities -Create sitemaps, page structures, wireframes, and polished website designs -Design responsive desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts -Improve information architecture, navigation, usability, and user journeys -Design corporate, marketing, nonprofit, educational, and service-based websites -Apply existing brand guidelines or help establish a visual direction -Create reusable components and consistent design systems in Figma -Present and explain design decisions clearly -Prepare organized files and specifications for developer handoff -Revise designs based on client and internal feedback Required Experience -Strong portfolio of complete website design projects -Advanced Figma skills -Strong understanding of UX, responsive design, typography, spacing, hierarchy, and accessibility -Experience designing content-heavy corporate and marketing websites -Ability to work independently from a sitemap, content document, or client brief -Experience collaborating with developers Strong communication and attention to detail Experience designing SaaS products or applications is useful, but your portfolio must also include public-facing websites, not only dashboards and mobile apps.
