We are seeking an experienced, polished Web Designer / No-Code Specialist to completely revamp and modernize the website for an established Executive Coaching & Leadership Consulting Practice. Our current site is outdated, and we are ready to rebuild it on a clean, modern platform where we have full ownership, easy self-management, and high visual authority. We are open to your platform recommendation (including Squarespace, Webflow, WordPress, Framer, etc.)—the key priority is that the final site is easily editable by us and built on a secure, modern stack. We already have initial AI visual concept mockups to help guide the direction, as well as existing content, testimonials, and branding assets ready to adapt. Key Responsibilities: • Design & Build: Create a sleek, high-converting, professional website that positions an executive coach to enterprise-level clients, business leaders, and founders. • Platform Recommendation & Build: Build the new site on Squarespace or another user-friendly platform you recommend for simple maintenance. • Integration: Connect client scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly/Acuity), contact forms, and lead generation/newsletter intake seamlessly. • SEO & Domain Transition: Safely connect our existing custom domain to the new platform, maintaining clean URLs and basic SEO structure. • Handover & Training: Provide a brief 15-minute video walkthrough showing us how to easily update text, publish blogs, or edit service packages ourselves.
