Web Designer / Visual Designer

We’re looking for a strong visual designer who can create clean, modern, and high-quality web and marketing visuals. This includes website designs, landing pages, social media banners, illustrations for websites, and other digital assets. We care a lot about taste and visual quality. Not just “making things look okay”, but creating work that feels premium, modern, and well-crafted. We only consider independent freelancers. Agencies, studios, and recruiters will not be reviewed. What you’ll do Design website layouts and landing pages in Figma Create social media banners, ads, and marketing visuals Design visual assets and illustrations for websites Support branding visuals and campaign design when needed Work closely with founders and product/marketing teams Turn ideas into clean, visually strong designs What we’re looking for Strong visual design skills with a great sense of layout, typography, and composition Experience in web design and marketing/graphic design Proficiency in Figma Ability to create high-quality social media and banner designs Good taste and attention to detail Ability to work independently and deliver consistently Clear communication in English Nice to have Experience with motion design or animated visuals Some UI/UX or product design experience Experience working with startups or digital products Illustration skills Must have A strong portfolio showing web design and visual/graphic work Examples of banners, landing pages, or marketing creatives Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed.
