We are looking for a truly exceptional web designer to design a standout website for our business. We want to be clear from the start: we are after an artist, not a builder. Someone whose work is beautiful, distinctive and memorable. We want a site that stops people the moment they land on it. This is a design job, not a build job. We have our own team who build in WordPress and Elementor, so you will not touch WordPress and you do not need to build anything. We are hiring your eye and your creativity, nothing else. One important thing though. We need design that is beautiful and buildable. We have seen gorgeous designs that ignore how real websites work, and that is not what we want. So you should understand web design and responsive layouts and design with that in mind. You just do not have to build it yourself. What we need An outstanding creative eye. Distinctive, modern, original work that does not look like a template. Real skill in layout, typography, colour and visual hierarchy. Design that is beautiful but also built to convert, with clear flow and strong calls to action. An understanding of responsive and web design, so what you create can actually be built. If your portfolio makes us stop and stare, you are exactly who we want. How we will start We like to start with one fixed-price project so we can both see how we work together. To begin, we want you to design the home page, delivered in Figma (or your design tool of choice), desktop and mobile. If that goes well, there is a full website to design after that, and likely more work beyond it. We are looking for someone we can keep coming back to, not a one-off. A possible extra We also create some Google Business Profile and social media designs for our clients. This is not the main job, and we are hiring you first and foremost for your website design eye. But if that kind of content design is also in your skill set and you enjoy it, tell us, because there could be extra work there for the right person. Our brand is very basic right now, so you have real freedom here. We are happy to go in a bold new direction, and there are no limits on the design. Show us something special.
