Web Designer for Website Development (hourly)

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced web designer to create unique and functional website designs. If you are skilled in modern design tools, knowledgeable in UX/UI design, and ready to collaborate closely with developers to bring your ideas to life, we want you on our team! Responsibilities: • Design websites tailored to project goals • Create page layouts and prototypes (home page, internal sections, landing pages, etc.) • Develop responsive designs optimized for all devices (desktop, tablet, smartphone) • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs • Prepare graphic materials and design elements • Stay updated on modern web design trends and best practices Requirements: • At least 1 year of experience as a web designer and a strong portfolio • Proficiency in: - Design and prototyping tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch - Graphic editing tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator - Animation (preferred): After Effects, Lottie • Strong knowledge of UX/UI design principles: - Creating intuitive and logical website structures - Designing user scenarios and interactive prototypes • Ability to design responsive and adaptive layouts • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for collaboration with developers • English proficiency (Intermediate level or higher) Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with modern web design trends (minimalism, micro-interactions, dark mode, etc.) • Experience in creating animations and interactive elements • Analytical mindset for improving user experience through design 💰 Hourly pay ranges from $5 to $7, depending on the workload.
