Summary

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer with strong knowledge of Figma to HTML CSS JavaScript, Figma to WordPress, Technical SEO, and Website Maintenance to complete several updates and improvements on our moving company website. Scope of Work 1. Add Social Media Links to the Footer * Add Instagram and Facebook icons/links to the website footer. * Ensure the links open the correct social media profiles. * Make sure the icons display properly on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. * Match the existing website design and footer styling. 2. Integrate Google Reviews * Integrate Google Reviews into the website. * Display recent customer reviews in a clean and responsive section. * Include the company’s Google rating and review count where possible. * Add a link or button allowing customers to leave a Google Review. * Ensure the integration works correctly on desktop and mobile devices. 3. Google Indexing & Technical SEO Review the website for pages that are not indexed or have indexing and redirect issues in Google Search Console. Priority pages: * Ontario * Movers * Last Moment Moving * Assemble / Disassemble Tasks include: * Identify pages that are excluded from Google’s index. * Check and fix redirect issues, including 301 and 302 redirects. * Review canonical tags, robots.txt, XML sitemap, and meta noindex tags. * Fix crawling and indexing issues. * Ensure the priority pages can be properly crawled and indexed by Google. 4. Website Form Documentation Record a short video tutorial explaining: * How to access and edit the website forms. * How to modify form fields. * How to update recipients and email notifications. * How to perform basic form maintenance in the future.
