Web Developer Needed ASAP

Reliable freelance WordPress developer needed for ongoing website development, updates, and maintenance. This is an ongoing role with a variety of small and large tasks. This is not a project-based contract. Required experience: * WordPress * Free Elementor * WooCommerce, etc. Requirements: * Flexible availability Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM–12:00 PM EST * Check in before starting work and provide updates while working * Fluent in English and comfortable joining video or phone calls when needed * Hands-on WordPress development experience; this is not a training role * Able to complete tasks without learning on the job or relying on AI * Able to complete tasks quickly, accurately, and with attention to detail * Punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions without guessing * Able to keep the website clean, organized, and easy to maintain * Able to troubleshoot issues efficiently and communicate clearly when stuck * Comfortable signing a non- compete & NDA Role pays $3/ hr with up to 5 hrs per week to start. (Non-negotiable) Additional hours and bonus opportunities based on performance and business need. Experience with admin, tech support, graphic design and software integrations are a plus but not required.
