# Web Developer Needed for Automotive Key Service Platform I own a locksmith business in Munich, Germany, and I am looking for a developer or technical partner to help build a customer-focused online platform for our automotive key services. ## About the Business In addition to traditional locksmith services, we specialize in automotive keys, including key duplication, programming, coding, replacement, and related services. I would like to improve and partially automate the customer journey for these services. ## Project Goal The goal is to create a website or platform that helps customers determine which automotive key service they need before contacting or visiting us. The system should guide customers through a structured process where they can: * Select their vehicle make and model * Enter relevant vehicle information * Answer a few guided questions * Determine whether a key can potentially be duplicated, programmed, repaired, or replaced * Understand the expected process and required steps * Receive an estimated price range The objective is to reduce manual communication, improve customer experience, and better prepare appointments in advance. ## Online Appointment Scheduling Once the customer has completed the process and agrees with the proposed service, they should be able to book an appointment online. The scheduling system should ideally: * Display available appointment slots * Consider different service durations depending on the selected service * Synchronize with my calendar * Optionally send calendar invitations to customers * Send automatic appointment reminders before the appointment ## Future Expansion The solution should be designed with future expansion in mind. Possible future additions may include: * AI-powered chatbot * AI phone assistant / voice bot * Customer account area * Integration with additional locksmith services * Online ordering for keys and signage products These features are not required for the first phase but should be considered when choosing the overall architecture. ## Technical Direction I am open to recommendations regarding the best technology stack.
