About the Role We are building a high-performance ecosystem across financial services (AnteAmbulo) and a fast-growing business community platform (America’s Economic Forum). This is not a basic “build a website” role. We are looking for a top-tier web developer who can compete with the best globally—someone who can take ownership, solve complex problems, and execute at a high level across multiple projects. If you need heavy direction or only operate within narrow scopes, this is not the right fit. What You’ll Be Responsible For Building high-converting websites, funnels, and landing pages from scratch Optimizing performance (speed, UX, SEO structure, mobile responsiveness) Handling advanced integrations (CRMs like Go High Level, APIs, automations) Troubleshooting and fixing issues quickly without hand-holding Implementing tracking systems (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, event tracking) Collaborating on marketing strategy, not just execution Continuously improving systems, structure, and scalability What We Expect (Non-Negotiables) You can figure things out independently—fast You’ve built and optimized multiple high-performing websites or funnels You understand conversion, not just design You are comfortable working across platforms (WordPress, Webflow, custom builds, etc.) You can handle ambiguity and still deliver results You communicate clearly, concisely, and proactively You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks Bonus Points Experience in financial services, consulting, or high-ticket industries Strong understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimization) Experience with funnel builders and marketing automation tools (GHL preferred) Basic understanding of copy and how it impacts conversion Ability to audit and improve existing sites quickly How We Work Fast-paced, execution-focused environment We value speed, clarity, and results over perfectionism You’ll be working directly with operators, not layers of management Long-term opportunity for the right person To Apply Include the following: Links to your best 3–5 projects (focus on performance/results if possible) A short explanation of how you improved a site’s performance (speed, conversion, or UX)
