About Us We’re a growing marketing agency looking for a highly experienced web development and AI automation partner to become an extension of our team. This is not a project-based freelance role, we’re looking for someone interested in a long-term relationship with consistent, full-time (or near full-time) work. You’ll collaborate closely with us across multiple client accounts, helping build beautiful websites, improve performance, implement AI workflows, and solve technical challenges. You should: - Think strategically and proactively - Make recommendations rather than simply execute requests - Have exceptional attention to detail - Possess strong UX and conversion optimization knowledge - Have an excellent eye for modern, premium design - Be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously - Communicate clearly and consistently - Take ownership of projects from start to finish Responsibilities: - Building premium WordPress, Webflow, and custom Squarespace websites - Creating high-converting landing pages - Technical SEO implementation - On-page SEO optimization - Website speed optimization (Core Web Vitals) - AI workflow implementation and integrations (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) - Zapier automations - API integrations - CRM integrations - Website maintenance and ongoing support - Technical troubleshooting - Hosting, server management, and website migrations - Conversion rate optimization (CRO) - Google Analytics implementation and reporting - Providing proactive recommendations to improve client websites and workflows
