TrooRa Magazine & Media Project-Based | Recurring Assignments | Remote TrooRa Magazine & Media is a global media platform dedicated to amplifying under-recognized creators, founders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers through editorial storytelling, digital media, publishing, and a community-driven visibility engine. We are seeking a talented Web & Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a per project basis, with ongoing recurring assignments. We are looking for someone who can become familiar with our brand ecosystem and serve as a trusted creative partner across multiple initiatives throughout the year. About the Role The ideal candidate is both a strong designer and a strategic visual thinker who understands how to create clean, minimal, elevated, editorial-driven experiences across web, digital, print, and marketing assets. You should have a strong understanding of modern design principles while also appreciating minimalist editorial aesthetics, visual storytelling, brand consistency, and user experience. You will work closely with our Founder, Web Development, Marketing, Editorial, and Content Ideation Teams to bring creative concepts to life across TrooRa Magazine & Media, and related brand initiatives. Responsibilities Projects may include: Website page design and updates Landing page design and optimization Digital magazine layout support Marketing and promotional assets Social media graphics Digital advertisements Video editing and graphics Media kits and sponsorship decks Affiliate marketing graphics Podcast promotional materials Event and campaign creative assets Website banners and editorial feature graphics Print and digital graphic publication support Creative design support for new product launches and special projects Required Skills Adobe InDesign Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe Creative Suite Figma (preferred) Canva (preferred) Web design experience ( wordpress/squarespace & modern minimal animations jitter etc.) Strong layout and typography skills Understanding of responsive web design Ability to follow established brand guidelines Strong attention to detail and organization What We’re Looking For A designer with a refined editorial eye Someone who appreciates clean, intentional, minimalist design Strong understanding of branding, aesthetics, and visual consistency Ability to translate creative direction into polished deliverables Excellent communication and responsiveness Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines Ability to work remotely and handle different time zones Comfortable receiving and implementing feedback Proactive problem solver who can work independently Bonus Experience Media, fashion, culture, or lifestyle brands WordPress experience Flipbook or digital publication platforms Email marketing design Motion graphics, video editing To Apply Please submit: Portfolio showcasing relevant web and graphic design work Examples of editorial, publication, or brand-focused projects Brief introduction about your experience Hourly rate and/or project rates We’re looking for someone who values thoughtful design, strong storytelling, cultural awareness, and brand integrity.
