Web Project Manager

About the Role We are a fast-growing digital agency working with startups and established brands to build high-quality websites, platforms, and AI-powered experiences. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who can own web projects end-to-end while leveraging modern AI tools to move faster, smarter, and more efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who understands both creative + technical workflows, can manage designers and developers, and is comfortable using AI tools to streamline execution. ⸻ What You’ll Do • Manage multiple web and digital projects simultaneously from kickoff to launch • Own project timelines, scopes, deliverables, and client communication • Coordinate designers, developers, and AI tools to execute efficiently • Translate client goals into clear tasks and technical requirements • Review designs, staging sites, and final builds for quality and accuracy • Use AI tools to assist with content creation, QA, documentation, and workflow optimization • Proactively identify risks, blockers, and scope changes • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget ⸻ Requirements • 3+ years of experience managing web or digital projects in an agency environment • Strong understanding of website builds (WordPress, Webflow, headless CMS, Drupal, custom builds) • Experience working with designers, developers, and cross-functional teams • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Experience managing timelines, budgets, and client expectations • Comfortable working in fast-paced startup or agency environments • Comfortable working US East Coast hours ⸻ AI & Tooling Experience • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or similar • Ability to use AI for: • Project planning & documentation • Content drafts and revisions • QA and testing support • Process automation and efficiency
