Web Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Web Project Manager to run a website redesign project from kickoff through launch. This is a hands-on coordination role: you'll own the timeline, chase down the inputs the design and development team needs, and make sure nothing stalls. The ideal person is organized, proactive, and comfortable following up repeatedly without being asked. What you'll do Own and maintain the project timeline, flagging risks to the schedule before they become delays Collect and organize assets: copy, images, logos, brand guidelines, credentials, and access to third-party tools Schedule and coordinate stakeholder interviews and review sessions, including sending invites, prepping agendas, and capturing notes Follow up on outstanding deliverables from all parties and keep a running list of open items with owners and due dates Run regular status check-ins and send concise written updates Coordinate content migration and review cycles, tracking feedback and making sure revisions actually get made Support SEO workstreams: keyword mapping to pages, metadata and title tags, redirect mapping for changed URLs, alt text coverage, and pre-launch technical SEO checks Manage launch readiness: QA checklist, cross-browser and mobile review, broken link checks, analytics and tracking verification Keep project documentation current and accessible to everyone involved
