Log into a commercial property information service (login credentials provided), search the property by address, open the correct page, and paste the page URL into the spreadsheet. Website 2 link. Go to the relevant county government's public property records site (free public website), search the same property, and paste the URL. Mailing address. From the public county records page, copy the listed mailing address into the spreadsheet. The spreadsheet already includes the property address, city, and zip for each row, so you can confirm you have the right record before you paste anything.
