Web Saas Tester needed (Urgent)

I’m looking for a detail-focused QA tester to test a live SaaS web application called SkillProof. SkillProof is a workforce training and compliance platform that helps organisations manage staff training records, competencies, evidence uploads, professional registrations, reminders, role requirements and audit-ready reporting. I need someone to properly test the app from different user perspectives, including: Platform owner/admin Organisation admin Manager Employee/staff user The main aim is to find bugs, broken buttons, confusing user journeys, permission issues, layout problems and areas where the app feels difficult to use. You will be expected to test key areas such as: Sign-up and trial onboarding Organisation setup Staff records Training matrix Role requirements Evidence uploads and review Professional registrations Assessments/checklists Dashboards Reports/audit areas Reminders/actions Admin/settings pages User roles and permissions Mobile/tablet responsiveness General usability and design consistency I am not just looking for someone to click around quickly. I need clear, practical feedback that helps improve the product before bringing in real customers. Deliverables Please provide: A clear bug report with screenshots Severity rating for each issue: Critical, High, Medium or Low Steps to reproduce each issue Notes on confusing or messy areas of the app Suggestions to improve the user experience A short summary of the overall product from a new user’s point of view Optional screen recording/Loom videos for major issues Ideal freelancer You should have experience testing: SaaS web apps Admin dashboards Role-based permissions Form-heavy systems Responsive web apps User onboarding flows Experience with training, HR, compliance, healthcare, education or workforce management systems would be useful but is not essential.
