# Playwright (TypeScript) Web Scraping Engineer We need an experienced Playwright + TypeScript engineer to build a scraper for several government procurement portals: Target Websites • eMMA Maryland - https://emma.maryland.gov (reCAPTCHA v2) • OhioBuys - https://ohiobuys.ohio.gov (reCAPTCHA v3) • Alabama Buys - https://www.alabamabuys.gov (reCAPTCHA v3) • Arizona eProcurement - https://app.az.gov (reCAPTCHA v2) • BC Bid - https://bcbid.gov.bc.ca (reCAPTCHA v3) These portals are very similar, so once one implementation is completed, the others should require minimal adjustments. ## Scope * Navigate to the Public Solicitations (or equivalent public opportunities) section. * Iterate through all available solicitation records. * Open each solicitation detail page. * Extract the bid title and relevant metadata. * Produce structured output (JSON, CSV, or database). ## Deliverables * Playwright (TypeScript) source code * Documentation * Error handling and retry logic * Production-ready deployment guidance ## Requirements * Strong Playwright and TypeScript experience * Web scraping and browser automation expertise * Experience with dynamic web applications * Clean, maintainable and reusable code When applying, please share examples of similar scraping, procurement portal, or enterprise web automation projects.
