Web Services Representative (Phone Sales & Customer Support – Tech)

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Web Services Representative to join our team. This role combines phone-based sales and customer service for technology-related services. You will be responsible for engaging with prospects and customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions while delivering an excellent customer experience. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) remote role, with a preference for candidates based in the Philippines or South Africa with strong English communication skills. Key Responsibilities Present and sell web/tech services over the phone Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Handle customer inquiries, objections, and provide support Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships Requirements Excellent spoken and written English Proven experience in phone sales, telesales, or customer service Comfortable working in a target-driven environment Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills Ability to explain technical/web services in a simple way Experience using CRM tools and calling systems is a plus Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
