Position Overview We are seeking a talented, LATAM-based Visual & UI Designer to help us deliver world-class design for global startups. We offer a stable, long-term remote career focused on "Western-market" design standards. Your core function is to act as a comprehensive digital solution provider, not just a graphic designer. You will bridge the gap between branding and web interfaces, using Figma and AI tools to produce high-impact results for our clients. Key Responsibilities • Execute responsive web designs and build high-fidelity UI elements. Ensure all digital assets align with client branding. • Translate raw client briefs into strategic digital assets. Create compelling ads, landing pages, and social media graphics. • Integrate AI-enhanced workflows into your daily processes. Stay ahead of the design curve and continually optimize your output. • Collaborate asynchronously with our diverse, global team. Ensure seamless communication and timely delivery on all projects. Qualifications • 3–5 years of proven experience working in a remote agency or tech environment. • Complete mastery of Figma (including variables and components) and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite. • Active willingness to use AI tools like MidJourney and ChatGPT to accelerate design workflows. • Advanced English proficiency (both writing and reading) is essential. • Must be 100% remote but locally based in LATAM (e.g., Brazil, Argentina, Colombia). • Has portfolio to share
