Web app developer to deploy and launch a ready built video chat app

Web Developer Needed — Deploy & Launch a Built Video Dating App Type: Contract / fixed-scope project Estimated effort: ~25–50 hours (see note on quoting below) Location: Remote The job I have a complete, working web application already built — a video speed-dating platform (Next.js, PostgreSQL, Stripe, live video via Daily.co). This is not a “build this from scratch” job. I need a developer to: 1. Set up the required third-party accounts (or use ones I provide) 2. Configure the app with those accounts’ API keys 3. Deploy it to production and connect the domain 4. Run it through a full end-to-end test pass — real signups, a real live event with test accounts, a real payment, admin functions 5. Fix anything that surfaces during that testing If it goes well, there’s ongoing work after launch — new features, refinements, general maintenance. What you’ll be working with • Next.js 14 (App Router, TypeScript) — one codebase for the frontend and backend • PostgreSQL via Prisma ORM • Stripe for payments • Daily.co for the live video calls • Twilio Verify for SMS verification • Resend for transactional email • Cloudinary for photo uploads • Deployed on Vercel Full documentation is provided — a build spec, a setup README with exact commands, and a written account of every technical decision made along the way. Skills required • Solid, real-world experience with Next.js / React / TypeScript — not just React basics • Node.js and PostgreSQL • Comfortable picking up Prisma if you haven’t used it before • Stripe integration experience, specifically webhooks, not just checkout buttons • Confident with Git/GitHub • Experience deploying on Vercel or similar serverless hosting, including custom domains and environment variable management • Comfortable running database migrations safely against production data Nice to have • Experience with any video/WebRTC API (Daily.co, Twilio Video, Agora, Zoom SDK, etc.) — even if not Daily.co specifically • Experience with Twilio or a similar SMS/OTP verification service • Past experience picking up and shipping someone else’s existing codebase (including AI-assisted code) rather than only ever working on your own greenfield builds — this is the trait that matters most for this particular job How to apply Please include: • A couple of examples of Next.js (or similar full-stack framework) projects you’ve shipped, ideally including at least one with Stripe integration • Your comfort level with the specific stack above — honest gaps are fine, just tell me • Whether you’d rather quote this as a fixed price for “deployed, configured, and passing a defined testing checklist” or hourly — I have a preference for fixed-price given the well-defined scope, but I’m open to discussing it • Your availability and rough timeline
