We are looking for an experienced freelance web designer/developer to support the development of a new website for our organisation. This is not a simple landing page project. We are looking for a modern, engaging and interactive website that brings our brand to life and creates a memorable user experience. The website should be visually appealing, easy to navigate and encourage users to explore our services, culture and opportunities. The project will involve the development of approximately 5-6 pages, although the final structure may evolve throughout the project. We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively with our internal marketing team and provide recommendations on both design and user experience. We want the website to feel modern, dynamic and premium. We are not looking for a standard template website. We would like the successful freelancer to bring ideas and suggestions that will make the website more engaging and interactive for visitors. Features we are interested in include animations, interactive scrolling experiences, hover effects, video integration, testimonials, staff stories, statistics, service journeys, case studies, engaging calls-to-action and other creative elements that help improve the overall user experience. The website must be fully responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile devices. It should be accessible, easy to navigate and built with future growth and scalability in mind. We will provide brand guidelines, content, photography and other assets where available. However, we are looking for someone who can help structure content effectively and advise on opportunities to improve engagement and user experience. We are looking for a freelancer with strong UX/UI experience, excellent communication skills and a portfolio that demonstrates the ability to create modern, interactive and visually impressive websites.
