Web3 Financial Operations Associate

Operations Associate / Analyst – Web3 We’re looking for a detail-oriented Operations Associate / Analyst to support financial and operational workflows in a fast-growing Web3 environment. Responsibilities: * AP/AR, expenses, payments, and reconciliations * Fiat & crypto payment operations and multisig transactions * Payroll and compliance support (US) * Maintain trackers, documentation, and SOPs * Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams * Identify errors, risks, and process gaps Requirements: * 1–3 years in financial/operations roles * Experience with **crypto/fintech tools** such as Gnosis Safe, Squads, exchanges, Etherscan, Brex, Mercury, or Ramp * Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills * Excellent attention to detail and organization * Working hours: **EST hours** * Experience in Web3/crypto Remote | Competitive Compensation Apply with your introductory loom video around crypto operations experience
