Web3 full stack developer (3+ years experience)

I'm looking for a Web3 full stack developer with at least 3 years of real Web3 experience who has built and shipped real Web3 products before. The work consists of developing Web3 applications in their entirety, everything from the smartcontracts to the front end interaction. You should be familiar with EVM blockchains, interaction between contract and visual based mechanisms, wallet management, and real world problems such as switching networks and interpreting on-chain data. Front end experience is just as important as contract/logic experience. I need someone who is bright, able to use his/her own initiative and make sensible technical decisions to help the project progress without ongoing supervision and definitive instructions. I also need someone who will communicate effectively and who is dependable. This is a remote position, with flexible requirements. Work can be billed on a hourly basis or a per milstone basis, and according to how things go, there may be the option for longer term project involvement. Compensation depends on experience and quality. Provide a brief intro about your Web3 background, examples of Web3 projects you work on, what you contributed, and availability. I'm searching for a down-to-earth, experienced person who can build real Web3 solutions from scratch, end to end.
