Webflow Designer / Content Creator

We are looking for a Webflow Designer / Content Creator who can help build, update, and maintain websites while creating strong visual content for the real estate, architecture, construction, and building compliance industry. Basically, someone who can make our websites look professional instead of like they were assembled during a hostage situation. This role is ideal for someone who understands Webflow, has a good eye for design, can create clean marketing graphics, and knows how to turn technical services into clear, polished online content. Responsibilities Create, update, and maintain Webflow websites and landing pages. Design website sections, service pages, blog layouts, forms, banners, and lead-generation pages. Create content images, social media graphics, website visuals, thumbnails, diagrams, and marketing assets. Help produce real estate, architecture, construction, violation removal, inspection, and building compliance content. Turn technical services into clear, professional website copy and visual layouts. Work with existing branding and improve consistency across multiple company websites. Optimize pages for SEO, readability, mobile responsiveness, and conversion. Create graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, email campaigns, Google Ads, and landing pages. Update website content, images, service descriptions, case studies, and calls to action. Coordinate with management to understand service offerings and turn them into marketable content. Qualifications Strong experience with Webflow. Ability to create professional content images and marketing graphics. Experience with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar design platforms. Good understanding of website layout, typography, spacing, mobile design, and branding. Ability to write or improve basic marketing copy. Familiarity with SEO best practices is preferred. Experience with real estate, architecture, construction, property management, or building services is strongly preferred. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple websites or content updates. Preferred Skills Webflow CMS experience. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge. Experience creating landing pages for service businesses. Experience with Google Ads or SEO-driven pages. Ability to create before/after graphics, compliance diagrams, project visuals, and branded educational content. Understanding of NYC real estate, DOB, violations, inspections, permitting, or construction is a major plus, because apparently even websites now need to understand bureaucracy
