Webflow Designer/Developer - Figma to pixel-perfect Webflow (ongoing)

We're Willow (withwillow.ai), building the identity and access governance layer for AI agents. We're looking for a Webflow designer/developer to own the build-out and ongoing maintenance of our marketing site. You'll take Figma specs and turn them into clean, pixel-perfect Webflow pages. This is an ongoing, on-demand relationship, not a one-off, so we want someone we can keep coming back to as new pages and campaigns ship. What you'll do: - Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow pages - Build and manage CMS collections and CMS-driven pages - Optimize site speed and Core Web Vitals (load time, image handling, clean markup) - Keep the site consistent as we add pages over time What we're looking for: - Strong Webflow portfolio with pixel-perfect Figma-to-Webflow work - Deep CMS experience (collections, dynamic pages, filtering) - Proven site-speed/performance optimization - Reliable and responsive, available for ongoing work as needs come up - Sharp eye for detail and design polish To apply, share your Webflow portfolio and a couple of examples where you took a Figma file to a live, polished Webflow site.
