Webflow Designer / Developer Needed for B2B Tech Website with Motion & Interaction Design

We’re looking for an experienced Webflow designer/developer to help bring our new website design to life with thoughtful motion, interactions, and a polished browsing experience. Our current website is already built on Webflow, and we are now working on a refreshed design in Figma. We need someone who can take a strong visual direction and translate it into a high-quality Webflow experience that feels modern, immersive, and easy to consume. This is for a B2B technology company, so we are not looking for flashy, gimmicky, D2C-style animation. The goal is to use motion and interaction in a way that improves storytelling, comprehension, pacing, and product understanding. What We Need We’re looking for someone who can: * Build high-quality Webflow pages from Figma designs * Create tasteful motion, transitions, scroll interactions, and micro-interactions * Improve the website experience without making it feel over-animated * Work within our existing Webflow setup * Maintain strong design fidelity across desktop, tablet, and mobile * Structure the Webflow build cleanly so it is easy to maintain * Keep performance, SEO basics, and responsiveness in mind * Suggest improvements where the design can translate better into a live experience Ideal Candidate You should have: * Strong hands-on Webflow experience * A portfolio with B2B SaaS, technology, AI, adtech, martech, fintech, or similar websites * Experience with motion and interaction design in Webflow * A good eye for layout, hierarchy, pacing, and user experience * Ability to estimate project scope and commercials clearly * Comfort working from Figma and collaborating with a design team Hiring Process To evaluate fit, we’ll follow a simple three-step process: 1. Cost Estimation Exercise We will share a link to our current website, which is also built on Webflow. (mile.tech) Before estimating the new website, we’d like you to review the current website and tell us how much you would have charged to build it. This gives us a useful pricing baseline, since our new Figma design is still a work in progress. Sharing an incomplete design for estimation would not be the fairest way to evaluate scope or cost. 2. Portfolio Review Please share relevant work, preferably for B2B SaaS or technology companies. We are especially interested in websites where you created a more elevated experience using motion, scroll-based interactions, transitions, or immersive storytelling — without compromising clarity or performance. 3. Fit & Scope Call If the estimate and portfolio are aligned, we’ll schedule a quick call to discuss fit, timelines, working style, and commercials.
