Webflow Designer — Ongoing Page Redesign & Optimization (Presco Engineering) We're looking for a Webflow designer to help redesign and build out pages on our company site, prescoinc.com. This is ongoing work with an existing collaborator relationship, similar in scope to a past Webflow project we did for a sister brand. The work: Phase 1: We're optimizing roughly 10 existing pages as part of an SEO refresh with our SEO consultant. For each page, we'll provide a Word document with the new copy already written and structured (headings marked as H1/H2/etc., section breakdown included). Your job is to take that content and redesign the page layout in Webflow so it's visually clean, easy to follow, and more interactive where it makes sense, while keeping it consistent with our existing brand look and colors. This isn't a full site overhaul; it's rethinking how content is organized and displayed section by section. Phase 2 (after Phase 1 wraps): We'll be building 5 to 10 new pages, mostly landing pages for specific markets and areas of expertise. You'll have more creative latitude here on layout and design, working from a template/direction we settle on together during Phase 1. We'll collaborate on structure (what should be an H1, where a form needs to go, etc.) but trust your design judgment on execution. How we'll work together: We provide Word docs with finished copy and section structure, plus images, for each page You handle the actual Webflow build: layout, styling, interactivity We won't be touching the live pages ourselves; we'll review and publish Turnaround will be uneven. Some weeks you'll have a full page ready to build, other weeks you may be waiting on copy from us. We'll keep you posted by email You'll be added as a collaborator/contributor on our Webflow site What we're looking for: Strong Webflow design skills, an eye for clean, professional layouts Comfortable turning long-form written content into well-structured, readable web pages Able to work from Figma concepts/mockups for review before building Good communication given the asynchronous, back-and-forth nature of the work Please share relevant Webflow portfolio examples, ideally anything involving content-heavy B2B or technical sites.
