Webflow Developer (Client-Facing Retainer Support) – Immediate Start

We are looking for a reliable Webflow developer to take ownership of ongoing website maintenance and support for two existing retainer clients. This is not a project-based role. You'll be the primary developer supporting a small portfolio of clients on a monthly basis, communicating directly with clients and handling routine Webflow requests. Responsibilities - Complete ongoing Webflow updates and maintenance requests - Communicate directly with clients via Slack - Respond to all client messages within 24 business hours - Escalate questions, concerns, scope issues, or strategic decisions to me when needed - Track hours accurately and submit weekly time reports via Google Sheets - Identify when requests fall outside of retainer scope Typical requests include: - Content updates - Small design adjustments - New page sections - Pop-up modals - CMS configuration changes - Basic animations/interactions - Form updates - General site maintenance and troubleshooting - Current Scope You will initially support: - 2 existing Webflow retainer clients - Maximum of 10 development hours per month per client - Approximately 20 hours/month total capacity In many months, clients do not use their full allotment of hours. Additional Project Opportunities Occasionally, clients request larger projects that fall outside their retainer agreement, such as: - New landing pages - Feature additions - Significant design updates - Website expansions These projects will be scoped and approved separately and may provide additional paid work beyond the monthly retainer. Compensation Compensation will be a flat monthly rate, based on experience and skill level. Because this is a retainer relationship, payment is not tied directly to hours worked each month. We will agree on a monthly rate that reflects availability, responsiveness, and ownership of the client relationship. Please include your desired monthly rate in your proposal.
