Role Overview You will take a fully designed, high-fidelity Figma file and implement it as a production-ready custom Webflow website. This is an 8-page, dark-mode, visually complex site with layered glow effects, gradient treatments, and CMS-driven content sections. The bar for quality is high — this site represents Evolute to enterprise buyers and must reflect that standard. Pages Home — About Us — Contact Us — Careers — Blog — 404 — Privacy Policy — Terms of Use Responsibilities Implement all pages in Webflow with full design fidelity from Figma — Build and configure Webflow CMS collections for Blog and Careers — Implement responsive layouts across all breakpoints (desktop, tablet, mobile) — Configure contact form with email notification — Conduct cross-browser QA across Chrome, Safari, and Firefox — Optimize for Core Web Vitals and production performance — Deliver clean, maintainable, production-ready Webflow structure Required Skills and Experience Webflow — expert-level, with a portfolio of custom production builds — Figma — must be able to read, inspect, and extract specs directly from design files — HTML5 and CSS3 — strong fundamentals required; custom code will be needed — JavaScript — proficient; ability to extend Webflow with custom JS where needed — Responsive web design — deep understanding of flexbox, grid, and breakpoint behavior — Webflow CMS — collection setup, dynamic content, and template pages — Web performance optimization — image compression, lazy loading, Lighthouse proficiency — Cross-browser compatibility — Chrome, Safari, Firefox Nice to Have Prior work on dark-mode SaaS or enterprise marketing sites — Experience integrating Webflow with third-party tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, analytics) Standards Non-Negotiable Implementation quality must be pristine.
