Webflow + Lovable AI Developer for Long-Term Team Role

We are looking for a strong developer to join our team long-term and help build, improve, and maintain client-facing digital products using Webflow, Lovable, and modern AI tools. This is not a one-off task. We want someone who can become a reliable part of the team, communicate clearly, move quickly, and work inside our operating system. What you will work on: - Building and refining Webflow sites and landing pages - Creating and improving AI-powered workflows, tools, prototypes, and web app experiences - Working heavily with Lovable and other AI-assisted development tools - Turning project requirements into polished, functional builds - Collaborating with our team through ClickUp - Helping us move quickly while keeping work organized, clean, and easy to maintain Must-have requirements: - Strong Webflow experience, including responsive builds and CMS familiarity - Strong experience with Lovable and AI-first development workflows - Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken - Availability during American Eastern Time hours is an absolute must - Comfortable working in ClickUp and following structured project tasks - Able to join team calls, communicate proactively, and work as part of an ongoing team - Reliable availability for a long-term working relationship Nice to have: - Experience with AI automations, APIs, prompt-driven apps, or no-code/low-code AI tools - Experience with JavaScript, custom code in Webflow, integrations, and automation tools - A good eye for UX, layout, and detail Budget: We are looking to pay in the range of $35-$55/hour depending on experience, speed, communication, and fit.
