# Lookthrough Website Build — Webflow Brief ## About the project Lookthrough AG is a real estate data and advisory company. We need our new website built in Webflow. The design is already finished. Your job is to rebuild it in Webflow and set it up so our team can edit the text ourselves. ## What we will give you - The finished design as a single HTML file (version 9). This is the exact design. Please match it closely. - Our logo and brand files. - Fonts: Space Grotesk, Inter, JetBrains Mono. ## Pages to build 1. Home page 2. Landing page (one reusable template we can copy) 3. Blog 4. Case Studies 5. Team 6. FAQ section 7. One blank HTML page (so we can paste in web forms later) ## CMS collections Please set up CMS collections for: **Blog, Case Studies, Team**. We will add and edit the entries ourselves. ## Custom animated sections The home page has a few custom animations (a gauge, charts, and a video background). - We will give you the code for these. - Please add the code as custom code embeds. - Please do NOT try to rebuild them with Webflow Interactions. - Everything around them should be normal, editable Webflow. ## Languages: English and German - Build the site in English first. - Then make a duplicate set of all pages for German. - We will write the German text ourselves. You only need to set up the duplicate structure. ## Functions - "Book" and "Contact" buttons will link to our Pipedrive links. We will give you the links. No Calendly or other booking tool is needed. - Form submissions (leads) should go to Pipedrive. - Add Google Analytics (GA4). - Add a cookie consent banner that meets GDPR and Swiss (nFADP) rules. - No online shop, payments, logins, memberships, or subscriptions. ## Account and handoff - We will create the Webflow account for you to work in. - We will arrange the hosting and the domain. - Before the final payment, please: - Give us Editor access so we can edit text ourselves. - Give us a short training call (30 to 60 minutes) on how to add blog posts, case studies, team members, and new pages. ## Timeline and budget - Timeline: about 3 weeks. - Budget: around €1,000. ## Please confirm before we start - You can match the design from the HTML file. - You are comfortable embedding custom code. - You can deliver within the timeline and budget.
