Webflow + WordPress Developer (SEO-Focused, Modern Stack)

Location: Remote / Worldwide Overview We’re looking for a skilled Webflow + WordPress developer with a strong technical SEO background and a modern, efficient development mindset. This is not a basic page-builder role. You should understand how to build fast, scalable, SEO-driven websites — and know how to work with both no-code and low-code tools effectively. What You’ll Do Build and maintain high-performance websites in Webflow and WordPress Develop scalable, clean structures (no bloated builders or messy classes) Implement technical SEO best practices (on-page + structural) Optimize for Core Web Vitals, speed, and performance Work with CMS structures (Webflow CMS, WordPress + ACF) Handle schema, sitemaps, redirects, indexing, and crawlability Customize and extend Elementor, Gutenberg, and theme frameworks Collaborate using modern workflows (AI-assisted / “vibe coding” approach) Required Skills Strong experience with Webflow (advanced projects) Strong experience with WordPress development Deep understanding of technical SEO Hands-on experience with: ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) Elementor & Gutenberg Custom themes or theme customization Solid understanding of: Site architecture Performance optimization Clean, maintainable builds Nice to Have Experience with headless or hybrid setups Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows Basic knowledge of JavaScript / CSS for customization SEO tools (Ahrefs, GSC, Screaming Frog, etc.) What We’re Looking For Proven portfolio (Webflow + WordPress projects) Demonstrated SEO results (traffic growth, rankings, case studies) Strong problem-solving mindset Clear communication and ownership Important We’re not looking for: Template-only builders Designers who “also do dev” People who rely purely on plugins without understanding structure
