Summary

We are looking for an experienced webinar funnel consultant to help build, optimize, and manage the funnel for our estate planning webinars. We are a law firm with an established estate planning workshop model. We currently run in-person workshops and are expanding our webinar funnel so we can generate more qualified strategy session bookings and convert those attendees into estate planning clients. This role is not just about building a landing page or setting up emails. We need someone who understands the full webinar funnel, including registration, attendance, follow-up, sales calls, SMS/email sequences, booking strategy, and sales team coordination. The consultant will help us map out the full funnel, identify gaps, build the follow-up process, and work with our internal sales and marketing team to improve performance. What we need help with: Create and optimize the webinar funnel from registration through booked strategy session Review and improve the webinar attendee journey Build email and SMS follow-up sequences for registrants, attendees, no-shows, and drop-offs Help structure sales follow-up after registration and after webinar completion Work with our sales team to improve call timing, scripts, objections, and booking rates Help define key funnel metrics and reporting Recommend tools, automations, and process improvements Help turn the funnel into a repeatable system our team can execute Ideal candidate: Has experience building webinar funnels, preferably for professional services, financial services, legal, estate planning, coaching, or high-trust service businesses Understands both marketing automation and sales follow-up Can think strategically, not just execute tasks Has experience with webinar funnels that sell consultations, appointments, or strategy sessions Can help with messaging, nurture sequences, conversion strategy, and sales process Is comfortable working with a team and giving clear direction Has experience with tools like ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Zapier, ManyChat, Calendly, CRM systems, or similar platforms Understands how to improve show-up rates, completion rates, appointment bookings, and close rates Current funnel context: We offer estate planning education through workshops and webinars. The goal of the webinar is to get qualified attendees to book a paid strategy session. The strategy session fee is credited toward the estate plan if they move forward. We already have marketing, sales, and operational team members in place. We need someone who can help connect the pieces and make the webinar funnel perform better.
