We run Atlas, a 5-week accelerator for ambitious professionals who want to start businesses or build wealth alongside their careers. We sell two tiers ($1,999 and $9,999), and our webinar is the primary conversion engine that moves registrants into paying applicants. What you'll do Architect the end-to-end webinar funnel: registration page, confirmation, reminder cadence, live or evergreen delivery, and post-webinar follow-up handoff. Set up and configure the webinar platform (Zoom Webinars, Demio, WebinarJam/EverWebinar, or similar) and integrate it cleanly with HubSpot for tagging and lead tracking. Help structure the webinar itself for conversion: hook, content arc, offer reveal, objection handling, and call to action. You should know what a high-converting "sell from stage" flow looks like. Build the automation that maximizes show-up rate (we care about registration-to-attendance and attendance-to-purchase, not just signups). Set up tracking so we can see conversion at every stage and make data-backed improvements between sessions. You're a strong fit if you have A track record running webinars for high-ticket coaching, courses, or B2B offers (please show numbers: registration rates, show-up rates, conversion to sale). Hands-on experience with at least one major webinar platform and with HubSpot (or comparable CRM/marketing automation). A conversion mindset. You think in funnel metrics and can tell us where the leaks usually are. Clear, fast communication. Our timeline is tight. Engagement Start: immediately. Initial scope: build and launch the webinar funnel ahead of July 5, with optimization support across the first cohort sessions. Hours: flexible, project-based.
