AI Website Assistant (Phase 1)

Bayard Software LLC is seeking an experienced AI developer to build Phase 1 of the BG Online Education AI Assistant. The AI Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for visitors by answering questions, qualifying leads, capturing customer information, and supporting multilingual conversations. Phase 1 Requirements The AI Assistant should include: Multilingual support (English, French, Haitian Creole, and Spanish) Intelligent FAQ and knowledge base Lead capture and qualification Conversation history and management AI administration panel Future-ready integration with the BG Online Education platform and 3CX Project Details Project Type: Fixed Price Budget: $500 (Phase 1) Milestone-Based Payments Development must be completed using the official private GitHub repository owned by Bayard Software LLC. Requirements The selected developer must: Sign the Master NDA/IP Agreement Sign the Project Addendum Deliver complete source code and documentation Demonstrate all agreed features before milestone approval Required Skills Laravel PHP JavaScript MySQL AI/Chatbot Development REST APIs GitHub The ideal candidate will have experience in AI development and a strong understanding of educational technology.
