Content & Copywriter for a B2B Mental Health SaaS Platform (India) About the project Aroha Health builds an Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform for mental health professionals in India. Our customers include psychologists, psychiatrists, therapists, and mental health clinics. We're looking for an experienced freelance writer to: - Review and improve existing website copy - Write copy for new website pages - Research and write SEO-focused blog articles This is a fixed-scope project covering approximately 12–15 website pages and 10–12 blog articles. Who we're looking for You're likely a good fit if you: - Write clear, engaging web copy that balances SEO with readability. - Have experience writing for B2B SaaS, healthcare, health-tech, or technology companies. - Can simplify complex topics into content that's easy to understand. - Understand the Indian context, including healthcare terminology, privacy expectations, and business language. - Are comfortable researching topics such as the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, healthcare workflows, and industry best practices. Originality & AI use We expect all content to be original and written specifically for Aroha Health. AI may be used as a research or drafting aid, but every submission must reflect your own research, judgment, and writing. We do not accept lightly edited AI-generated content or generic copy that lacks original thought and subject matter understanding. All work must be free from plagiarism, including copied or closely paraphrased content from websites, blogs, documentation, or other published sources. We may use plagiarism and AI-detection tools as part of our review process. Accuracy is important. Any factual, legal, or regulatory information—particularly relating to Indian healthcare, the DPDP Act, or compliance—should be verified against reliable sources before submission. How we'll hire We'll shortlist candidates based on their portfolio and proposal. Shortlisted applicants will be asked to complete one short paid writing sample. It's intentionally brief and helps us assess writing quality, clarity, and fit. If it's a good match, we'll move forward with the project.
