Website & Booking System Developer About Us The Smash Room is Dubai's original, multi-location stress-relief entertainment experience established in 2013. We provide an action-packed, experience-based service where customers seamlessly browse, book, and pay for their sessions online. The Role This is a one-time project with potential for ongoing work. We are not looking for a simple website redesign ; we need an experienced full-stack developer or small agency to build a modern, mobile-first website centered around a robust, highly customized booking engine and deep customer automation workflows. Aside from our strict infrastructure constraints, the technical platform stack is open to your expert proposal (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, or a custom build). Key Responsibilities & Scope Website & Booking Engine: Propose, design, and build a fast, SEO-optimized, mobile-first website featuring a custom-branded booking workflow. Smart Booking Logic: Implement real-time capacity and availability management across multiple locations, including smart group logic that filters packages based on party size. Strict System Integrations: * Payments: Stripe processing securely in AED with Apple Pay and Google Pay enabled. CRM: Automatic customer record creation/updates in Zoho CRM post-booking. Accounting: Automated payment synchronization into Zoho Books. Middleware & Automation: Architect the data flow and middleware (e.g., Zapier, Zoho Flow, or custom APIs) to connect the booking system to Zoho, ensuring robust error-handling for failed syncs. Handover: Provide complete system documentation and a training session for our internal team. Required Experience Proven track record building online booking systems with live availability and capacity management. Deep experience with Stripe APIs, multi-location businesses, and API/CRM integrations via middleware. Direct experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and middleware tools is highly preferred.
