Website Builder

We are looking for a website builder who can build websites inside our existing system by carefully following our SOPs. This is not a custom coding role. The websites are built using our templates, AI tools, and step-by-step processes. Your job is to follow the system, put everything together correctly, and make sure each website looks clean, professional, and ready for the client. The most important part of this role is being able to follow instructions, complete checklists, and not skip steps. Main Responsibilities Build websites using our existing templates and internal SOPs. Follow our checklists exactly so every website is built the right way. Use the client’s information, services, photos, and branding to customize the website. Find the right photos and media when the client does not provide enough. Be persistent when looking for good images, project photos, team photos, service photos, truck/equipment photos, and other visuals that make the business look real. Use AI tools to help create and organize website content. Make simple design adjustments like changing colors, replacing images, adjusting sections, and making the site match the business. Make sure all business details are correct, including phone number, service areas, contact forms, services, and company info. Check the website on desktop and mobile before marking it complete. Communicate when something is missing, unclear, or blocked. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and good at following systems. You do not need to be an advanced web designer or developer. What matters more is that you can follow SOPs, pay attention to details, and finish work correctly without needing to be reminded constantly. This person should be able to work inside a template, use the process given to them, and make the site look professional without trying to reinvent everything. Required Qualities Strong ability to follow SOPs and checklists. Very detail-oriented. Reliable and consistent. Good eye for photos, colors, spacing, and basic design. Able to work independently. Comfortable using AI tools. Willing to ask questions when something is unclear. Persistent when trying to find the right media or fix small issues. Does not skip steps just to finish faster. Nice To Have Experience with website builders, templates, or page builders. Experience with WordPress, GoHighLevel, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, or similar tools. Experience using Canva or basic photo editing tools. Basic understanding of SEO. Experience working with home service businesses like landscapers, roofers, remodelers, or contractors. What Success Looks Like Success in this role means websites are completed correctly by following the process. A great website builder will not try to overcomplicate things. They will follow the SOPs, use the templates properly, choose strong media, make clean design adjustments, and make sure the final website looks professional before it is sent to the client. We want someone who can be trusted to take a website from start to finish without skipping important details.
