Summary

We are looking for a business-oriented website conversion analyst to create concise, high-quality conversion and client acquisition audits for business websites. This is NOT a technical SEO audit role. This is NOT a social media role. This is NOT a generic marketing position. We are specifically looking for someone who understands: • conversion psychology, • client acquisition, • landing page structure, • trust-building, • offer clarity, • conversion flow, • lead generation, • and business-oriented website optimization. The goal of our reports is simple: Identify the highest-impact weaknesses that prevent websites from generating more inquiries, leads, and clients. We are NOT interested in giant technical audits with hundreds of tiny details. We care about: • clarity, • prioritization, • strategic thinking, • business impact, • and actionable improvement direction. What You Will Do You will analyse business websites and create structured conversion audit reports. The reports focus on: • conversion bottlenecks, • weak offer presentation, • trust issues, • unclear CTA structure, • poor lead flow, • missing conversion logic, • weak messaging, • landing page weaknesses, • client acquisition friction, • weak visual presentation, • and other high-impact conversion barriers. The reports are concise, strategic, and business-focused. You will NOT be writing giant technical reports. Report Structure The reports generally include: • Executive summary • Strategic client acquisition priorities • High-impact conversion findings • Screenshots/examples • Priority ratings • Short strategic improvement directions • Final roadmap / next-step guidance Most findings are concise and highly focused. Important We are NOT looking for generic low-level feedback like: • “increase font size by 2px” • “change button color” • “adjust spacing” • “improve SEO score” We are looking for strategic findings such as: • unclear conversion paths, • weak trust-building, • missing offer structure, • weak conversion-focused messaging, • weak visual authority, • missing lead capture systems, • poor visitor guidance, • weak CTA hierarchy, • missing landing page logic, • and other business-relevant conversion weaknesses. Ideal Candidate You think more like: • a conversion strategist, • landing page analyst, • business-oriented CRO specialist, • or lead generation strategist. You should understand: • conversion psychology, • landing pages, • lead generation, • conversion flow, • trust-building, • visual presentation, • and business-oriented website structure. Strong communication and strategic thinking are more important than technical jargon. Project Structure • We start with 5 reports • 1 milestone = 1 complete report ($80/report) • Long-term work possible for excellent quality The workflow is structured and repeatable. We already have a clear strategic direction and framework philosophy.
