Rail4Rent Logistics is an established railway undertaking specializing in rail freight transport solutions. We are looking for a strategic copywriter who can transform the existing website into a professional, conversion-focused and SEO-optimized platform that accurately reflects our expertise, services and market position. This is not a simple copywriting assignment. We expect strategic input regarding: Positioning Messaging SEO Conversion optimization User journey Trust-building Differentiation within the railway logistics sector Project Objectives The website should: Clearly position Rail4Rent Logistics within the rail freight market Build credibility with logistics, procurement and operations professionals Improve search engine visibility Generate qualified business inquiries Clearly communicate capabilities and expertise Support future SEO and Google Ads campaigns Existing Website The visual design and page structure already exist. The assignment is not to redesign the website but to improve and finalize the content. You are encouraged to challenge existing messaging and suggest improvements where necessary. Minor structural recommendations are welcome if they improve user experience, clarity or conversion performance. Scope of Work 1. Website Review & Strategic Analysis Review the existing website and provide recommendations regarding: Positioning Messaging Trust signals Conversion opportunities Content hierarchy SEO opportunities Competitive differentiation 2. Website Copywriting Create and optimize the copy for all website sections. This includes: Homepage About page Service sections Industry sections Contact page Call-to-actions Trust sections Supporting content where required The content should: Be written in professional B2B English Be credible to logistics and railway professionals Be conversion-focused Avoid generic marketing language Highlight real competitive advantages Reflect the company's expertise and experience 3. Positioning & Messaging We are particularly interested in identifying and communicating genuine differentiators. We want to avoid generic claims such as: Reliable Professional Flexible High quality unless they are supported by real evidence. The final content should clearly communicate why customers should choose Rail4Rent Logistics over alternative transport providers. 4. SEO Optimization Provide SEO recommendations for all pages. Including: Keyword research Primary keywords Secondary keywords SEO page titles Meta descriptions H1-H3 structure Internal linking recommendations The objective is to create a strong SEO foundation for long-term organic growth. 5. SEA / Google Ads Support Provide content recommendations that can be used for future advertising campaigns. Including: Landing page messaging Headlines Ad copy suggestions CTA recommendations Trust-building elements Deliverables The final project should include: Complete website copy Positioning recommendations Messaging recommendations SEO keyword mapping SEO titles Meta descriptions H1-H3 recommendations Internal linking recommendations Google Ads messaging suggestions Industry Knowledge & Fact Verification Rail4Rent Logistics operates in a specialized railway and freight transport environment. Technical accuracy is more important than speed.
