# Website Design & Front-End Development I am looking for an experienced front-end web designer/developer to build a clean, professional, responsive website from a layout that I will provide. This is a relatively straightforward project. I already have the overall design and page layout planned. There is no custom artwork or complex graphics—just a clean, modern color scheme. ### Project Scope * Build a responsive website using HTML, CSS, and minimal JavaScript. * Homepage approximately two laptop screens in length. * Five additional pages (Contact, Legal Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Terms, etc.) with simple text content. * Homepage contains two columns of clickable service links (20 total links). * All links point to the same data-entry page. * Build a form page containing approximately 12 input fields. * The form does **not** need backend functionality at this time. I only need the page and form layout built. Another developer will integrate the form processing later. * Upload the completed website to my hosting provider. * Test the site on desktop and mobile devices before delivery. ### Requirements * Responsive design (desktop, tablet, and mobile) * Clean, organized HTML/CSS * Fast loading pages * Cross-browser compatibility * Deliver all source files upon completion ### I Will Provide * Layout/mockup of the website * Color scheme * Text for all pages * Logo (if applicable) * Hosting account information Please include: * Examples of similar websites you have built. * Estimated completion time. * Fixed-price quote for the project. * Any recommendations you believe would improve usability or performance.
