Website Designer - E-Commerce - Help in optimizing the design of my homepage to encourage sales

I recently launched a new e-commerce website (a new jewelry brand/company) and I am not happy with the way my homepage is currently designed. I don't think it is designed in a way that catches someone's attention and gets them further curious. I'm seeking someone that is good at design, specifically for e-commerce and understanding the need to be intriguing and designed in a way so someone explores further on the website and hopefully makes a purchase. I don't think my current site clearly gets across the essence of my jewelry designs or company in a simple way. I'm looking for design ideas right now and a full design mock-up.
